5/20/2013: Guest speakers Nick Richards and Greg Butcher from Bigger Pictures, a boutique advertising firm in the Seattle area, will be presenting at this DECA meeting! This is a great networking opportunity that you do not want to pass up. All majors are welcome!

WWU DECA members had an amazing performance at the International Career Development Conference in Anaheim, California 4/17-4/20. Out of our 11 International Competitors, 8 members advanced on to finals; all of whom placed in the final round of competition. McCall Schilling placed in the Top 10 in the Hotel and Lodging category, Lauren Molitor placed in the Top 10 in the Human Resources category, Hannah Bouscher placed in the Top 10 in the Fashion and Merchandising category, Kaleb Ode took 3rd place in the Human Resources category, Alex White and Spencer Martenson took 2nd place in Business 2 Business Category, and Danny Sullivan and Joey Sturgeon took 1st place in the International Marketing Category.
